For couples planning a shorter event, the ranch also offers weekday ceremony and reception rentals from Sunday through Wednesday, providing access to the property without a full buyout. The ranch works closely with experienced local vendors in Grand County—including caterers, photographers, florists, musicians, and activity providers—and can help connect couples with teams that are familiar with the property and the area.

Exclusive weekend weddings are offered at a single, transparent rate that includes lodging and use of the property, with no hidden fees.
