The Ranch House and adjoining cabin offer the largest group stay at Arapaho Valley Ranch, with wide views across water and open land. Designed for groups who want to be together without feeling crowded, the layout balances shared spaces with places to step away and settle in.

This is a place for long meals, shared mornings, and evenings that stretch out around a fire. The main house and nearby cabin work together as a single, comfortable home base—well cared for, well placed, and built for gathering.

The Setting

The house opens onto a private backyard with pond access and uninterrupted high-country views. A connecting deck links the main house to the cabin, keeping everyone close while allowing space to settle in.

Outside, the pace slows. Fires get lit. People wander between the house, the cabin, and the water’s edge. It’s quiet here, especially at night.
